First Assist Business Services takes on the time consuming – and non-profitable – aspects of running a business, allowing you to concentrate on supervising your company.

You remain in control of hiring the employees you want, or you may elect to use our temporary placement agency. Your company is on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no long-term contracts locking your business into our program, and there are no up front insurance deposit requirements. And, you won’t be surprised with insurance audits that hurt your company’s cash flow.

Getting started is as easy as …One…Two…Three.

1. Transfer your current and future employees into a PEO program, by having your employees complete a new employee package, which consists of I-9 and W-4 forms.
2. Each pay period, phone, fax, e-mail or upload via our proprietary payroll software your employee payroll hours to the PEO.
3. When the payroll checks arrive, you write one check to the PEO for that payroll period. The PEO handles the rest.
